Corona virus is still rampant in the state. The number of infected patients is steadily increasing. In the last 24 hours, 1598 new cases of Covid-19 were reported. While 15 more people died due to the transition. With this the total death toll from Corona has reached 3953.
Corona cases are on the rise in Gujarat. Now the Gujarati people are seeing the real face of the Koro epidemic. Despite the imposition of night curfew in four cities, including Ahmedabad, the state has seen a sharp rise in corona cases. If we talk about Ahmedabad Corporation, the number of positive cases is increasing day by day. Today, 10 people have died with 332 cases in a single day. More than 1500 cases of corona are being registered in the state continuously.

However, the recovery rate in Gujarat has been steadily declining to 90.93 per cent. There were 69,887 tests conducted in the state today.
There are currently 14792 active cases in the state, while a total of 187969 people have been discharged so far. There are currently 89 patients on ventilator in the state and 14703 people are stable. The total number of infected people in the state has reached 206714.

A total of 15 people were killed in Ahmedabad Corporation, 2 in Surat Corporation, one each in Gandhinagar, Rajkot Corporation and Vadodara in the state today.

332 in Ahmedabad Corporation, 228 in Surat Corporation, 138 in Vadodara Corporation, 98 in Rajkot Corporation, Surat 56, Banaskantha 58, Patan 50, Rajkot 53, Mehsana 57, Vadodara 41, Gandhinagar 37, Jamnagar Corporation 30, Gandhinagar Corporation-10, Gandhinagar-37, Kheda 32, Dahod-29, Sabarkantha-27, Ahmedabad-25, Anand-25 and Mahisagar 25 cases were reported.
How many patients have recovered today
A total of 1523 patients were cured and 69,887 tests were performed in the state today. So far 76,90,779 tests have been conducted in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 90.93 percent.
