Learn these 5 types of treatment in Ayurveda; know more about Panchkarma.

In today's fast-paced age, thousands of second-hand moving devices have been invented, while the development story of Ayurveda as a slow-acting treatment in medical science is also moving forward. One of the reasons for this is the "Holistic Approach" of Ayurveda treatment. Born and raised on the land of India, this method of treatment has seen many ups and downs in its thousands of years of life.

There are many things in Ayurveda that are prevalent in the general public to some extent, there are many things that have become more prevalent than what is in Ayurveda and some things have not come to light at all. One of such unknowns is the Panchkarma treatment method.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda has been a method of treatment since ancient times, which was born in India. The word Ayurveda has two words Ayu and Veda. In which age means - life and Veda means - science. Thus, Ayurveda is the science of living life.
The main goal of Ayurveda is to keep the healed person healthy, then to remove the disease of the sick man is another important goal. For this, Ayurveda has given guidance on various medicines, methods of treatment and diet.

The origins of Ayurveda lie in the ancient Vedas - Rigveda, Samaveda, Yajurveda and Atharvaveda. Ayurveda is connected not only with physical but also with mental and spiritual matters.

What is Panchkarma?

Panchkarma is a special type of Ayurvedic treatment. Usually in any disease we take medicines, from which the waste that causes the disease is gradually reduced in the body. When Panchkarma treatment, the waste is expelled from the body at once. Just as washing the dirty clothes removes the stains and impurities in it, so the cleansing of the body from Panchkarma removes the waste inside the body. According to Ayurveda, air-bile-phlegm is one of the main causes of the disease, all three of which are called faults. The main place of these defects is the part which is called Roop, from that part the defect is removed by Panchkarma.

Punch means five, karma means process, thus the five main processes performed for different diseases are Panchkarma. This consists of five actions, hence known as Panchkarma.

What are these five processes?

  • Vomiting
  • Virechan means diarrhea by medication,
  • Basti means Ayurvedic enema,
  • Nasal means nasal spraying and
  • Hemorrhage is the act of removing bad blood in a blood transfusion
  • These are the main five actions. And these five are known as Panchkarma.

Apart from these, some other procedures are also done along with these procedures which are known in Ayurveda as lubrication and sweating. This includes a variety of massage and shake procedures. Often this massage and shake is done as the same main treatment.

A side question you may have is whether diarrhea or vomiting can cure the disease? The answer is to understand how the treatment of Panchkarma works.

What is the benefit of doing Panchkarma?

Panchkarma is said to cleanse the three doshas (vata-pitta-kapha) shown in Ayurveda. And it can be balanced with Panchkarma. Thus, Panchkarma is important for healing and healing.

In addition, Punchkarma removes toxins from the body, increases strength, boosts the immune system, improves the working power of the digestive system. Panchkarma also has positive effects on the mind and mental prices.

back pain due to five mistakes

Worse back pain due to five mistakes

  • In how many days will this pain go away?
  • Should I consult a doctor for this or not?
  • Will this pain be completely eradicated?
  • Will an operation be needed? What is the reason for not having back pain?

Our lifestyle and living conditions often call for back and bone pain. In the same way, we often make unintentional mistakes that increase our pain. The following five common mistakes are commonly found in back pain. When back pain occurs for the first time, the following questions are usually confused:

Mistake-1. Prolonged disregard for back pain.

Usually the first time a man has back pain is to wait for a while, the pain will go away in a short time. But if the pain does not subside after waiting for some time, the patient should consult a doctor immediately. Housewives in particular avoid going to the doctor for back pain. Trying to cure the household. But if the back pain lasts for more than seven days, you should consult a physical therapist immediately. Knowing the root cause of pain, starting treatment and doing certain types of exercises. Prolonged neglect often puts patients in very big trouble.

All these questions confuse patients every time. In addition, the answers are different for each patient. Many times we also have misconceptions about back pain in our minds. So quite common mistakes are found to occur. This increases the pain. Have to suffer more.

Mistake: 2- Seek long term treatment from family doctor.

Patients often take painkillers when they are being treated for back pain by their family doctor. The patient feels better as long as he takes the medicine. The pain starts immediately after the medication is stopped. The family doctor does not have in-depth knowledge of lumbar spine problems and their pain. So if in a short time their treatment does not seem to benefit, consult a doctor who knows the exact pain of the vertebrae. Which will help you to get to the root cause of the pain and heal it very well.

Mistake: 3- To make a hasty decision to undergo surgery for back pain.

Usually people nowadays consult a spine surgeon directly without waiting for any kind of back pain and they advise them to undergo surgery (operation). The lumbar vertebrae, the spinal cord in it, the veins coming out of it are very sensitive. So surgery often proves to be a very hasty decision. The waist is also very low as the patient gets 100% relief after the surgery. That is why patients should wait for pain and back pain to be cured without surgery before consulting a spine surgeon. And some time should be given for non-surgical treatment of lumbar. Proper and good lumbar muscle exercises should be done for three to four months for back problems like lumbar puncture, vein compression, bead removal, which gives very good results to most patients. Surgery survives on a permanent basis.

Mistake: 4- Prolonged inactivity.

If you have a sudden back pain and you rest for a few days and use a waist belt, there is nothing wrong with that, but a lot of times people become quite inactive. This causes the muscles around the lumbar spine to become very stiff. The weaker and stiffer the core and abdominal muscles, the greater the back pain. So go to a physical therapist after a while. Learning specific waist exercises and making them a part of your daily life is just as beneficial.

કમરના દુખાવામાં જલ્દી રાહત મળશે! ડોક્ટર દ્વારા કહેવામાં આવેલા આ 6 ઘરેલું ઉપચારો અજમાવો

Mistake: 5- Treating by relying only on X-Ray, MRI & CT-Scan.

One thing that is considered in medical science is never to treat X-Ray, MRI, CT-Scan of a patient, to treat a patient's pain. That is why most people in today's society cannot get relief from low back pain, as they are only reported to be treated. Not of the original patient. X-Ray, MRI, CT-Scan are just one type of photos. There are beads in it, there is no pain in it. The patient is annoyed by the pain. The report often shows a general discomfort in the bead, while the patient is in excruciating pain, and often the cushion appears to be pressed out, but in reality the patient has very little pain. Don't rely too much on X-ray, MRI or CT-Scan. Your doctor will check you, look at the severity of the pain, determine your underlying disease and help you treat it correctly and well. That is why the patient's history and physical examination play a very important role in diagnosing the disease. The better the diagnosis, the better the treatment. The better the disease is treated, the better the chances of eradicating the disease. If the disease is cured, it is less likely to recur. Back pain is different for each patient. The better the patient understands the disease, the greater the chance of it being cured. .

know about Types of treatment

Types of treatment; There are the following types of treatment for the disease

Cleansing Therapy

The purpose of cleansing treatment is to eliminate the underlying causes of physical or physio-mental illnesses that have occurred in the patient. It involves the process of internal and external cleansing of the body. Usually it involves the Panchakrama, Purva Panchakarma process. Panchkarma treatment focuses on managing the action of metabolism. It provides the desired effect of purification and is also beneficial in other ways. This treatment is especially helpful in naturally occurring disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular related, respiratory related diseases, metabolic, degenerative disorders, etc.

Sedation therapy

Sedation therapy alleviates weak defects. The process by which an unbalanced defect becomes normal-balanced without unbalancing the other defect is called mitigation therapy. This treatment can be achieved by using appetite suppressants, digestive substances, through exercise and by taking in the heat of the sun and fresh air. This type of treatment also uses painkillers.

Dietary system (diet and activity guidelines)

The diet is mainly made up of specific signs or contraindications to diet, activity, habits and emotional state. This is to make the treatment more effective and to prevent the disease from spreading. In order to stimulate the gastrointestinal tract in the body and increase the digestion of food, special emphasis is laid on what to eat and what not to eat, so that the muscles of the body can be strengthened.

Diagnostic mutations (avoidance of pathogens and disease-promoting factors)

Diagnostic mutation is to avoid pathogenic and disease-promoting factors in the patient's diet and lifestyle. This diagnosis explains what to do to avoid disease-causing factors. Satvavajaya (Psychotherapy) Satvavajaya is primarily a matter associated with mental discomfort. These include keeping the brain away from the desire for certain diseased (or pathogenic) substances and on the other hand cultivating courage, memory and concentration. The study of psychology and psychiatry in Ayurveda is very deeply woven and is widely used in the treatment of mental disorders.

Chemotherapy (immunosuppressive and rejuvenating drugs)

Chemotherapy is a process of accumulating energy and tonic. There are many positive benefits to using chemotherapy. As physical internal balance is maintained, memory is increased, intelligence is sharpened, resistance to disease is increased, youth is maintained, energy is transmitted. Prevents premature muscle formation and destruction and promotes overall health.

Dietary regulation is very important

. Because Ayurveda considers the human body as a food product. The mental and spiritual development of any human being and his nature depends on the quality of food he eats. In the human body, food is first converted into juice and then gradually converted into blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow, regenerating elements. In this way food is the basis of all metabolism and life activity. Lack of nutrients in the diet or not converting the food in the way it should be, invites various diseases. information about Significance of Ayurveda

Read all information about Significance of Ayurveda

  • According to Ayurveda, the human body is made up of four basic elements - dosha, metal, feces and fire. These four basic elements of the body are very important in Ayurveda. It is also called the basic principle or basic basis of Ayurvedic treatment..

શિયાળામાં ચહેરા પરની કરચલીઓનો રામબાણ ઈલાજ અહીથી જાણો

Ayurveda - Basic Concepts Ayurveda is an ancient medical system of the Indian subcontinent. In India it is believed to have started 5000 years ago. The word Ayurveda is a combination of two Sanskrit words Ayus and Veda. Ayus means life and Veda means science. Thus the word Ayurveda means the science of life. The medical system focuses on the treatment of diseases, while Ayurveda is a system focused on healthy living. The basic idea of Ayurveda is that it personalizes the treatment process.

The three important principles of guilt are talk, bile and phlegm. Together, these three regulate and control the body's actions, including metabolism. The main function of these three defects is to carry the byproduct of the digested food to every part of the body, which helps in building the muscles of the body.

Fault::

Disruption of the function of these faults causes disease in the body. The base that supports the metal body is called metal. The body has seven cells: juice, blood, flesh, fat, bone, marrow and Venus - which symbolize pranas, blood, muscle, fat, bones, bone marrow and semen respectively.

Metal::

Metals provide only basic nutrition to the body. And it helps in brain growth and its formation. Muslin means useless thing or filthy, dirty, unclean. It is the third of the three elements of the body. There are three types of feces: excrement (meaning jajru-jado-diarrhea), urine (urine) and sweating. Stool is mainly useless so proper disposal of stool from the body is essential to keep the body healthy. There are two forms of feces: feces and kits. Stool is a useless thing in the body and Kitta is a useless metal. All the metabolic and other digestive processes of the body are done with the help of biologically generated fire in the body which is called fire. Agni is a catalyst in the esophagus, liver, and muscle cells. AnatomyAyurveda is the yoga of the body, senses, brain and soul.

Feces::

The living human being is made up of three faults (speech, bile, phlegm), seven basic tissues (juice, blood, flesh, fat, bone, marrow and sperm) and waste products of the body (such as feces, urine, sweat). Thus, the whole body is made up of faults, muscles and waste products. The composition of the body and its components depend on food as food is processed into these impurities, muscles and waste products. Eating, digestion of food, acceptance of food, metabolism etc. are the basis of health and disease. All of this has a significant effect on the psychological process and gastrointestinal (fire). According to Panchmahabhuta Ayurveda, all the objects in the universe, including the human body, are made up of the five basic elements (Panchmahabhuta). This Panchmahabhuta means earth, water, fire, air and sky.

An important decision has been taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani.

Who can become a farmer? What if a non-farmer buys farmland?

Farmer:

A farmer is a person who cultivates the land himself. Farming means doing any agricultural work and farming by oneself means by one's own labor or by the labor of one's own family or under the personal supervision of one's own family who have to pay wages in cash but not as part of the crop. Or farming at one's own expense means a farmer.

Non-farmer:
A person who has not done any farming work till date and is not an inherited farmer.

Farm laborers can own their own land. :

First of all, who should be considered a farm laborer? A person who has been engaged in farm labor for 3 years and who does not have any agricultural land in his own name or joint name or inheritance of such land. The farm laborer should not engage in any occupation or related business other than farm labor. The annual income of such a person should not be more than Rs.2000.

Such persons can obtain a certificate from the Mamlatdar, establish themselves as farm laborers and then purchase agricultural land.

Can a non-farmer buy his own land?

A farmer from a foreign country is not considered a farmer in Gujarat and he cannot buy agricultural land in Gujarat: A non-farmer cannot buy his own land as a partner with a farmer. This means that a non-farmer partner with a farmer cannot become a farmer by buying farmland. Even a person from Gujarat cannot buy agricultural land in Gujarat under such circumstances.

A non-farmer person or organization also has to obtain a farmer's certificate from the Deputy Assistant Collector to purchase agricultural land. And the certificate can be obtained in the following situations:

  • If a person wants agricultural land for non-agricultural work.
  • If the owner of that land has complied with the provisions of section 3.
  • In circumstances where no farmer of the village in which the land is situated is willing to lease that land from the owner of that land.
  • Whether the land is required for the benefit of an industrial-trading venture or for educational or charitable purposes.
  • That land is wanted by the co-operative society.
  • Land can be mortgaged. But for that the mortgagee has to get a certificate from the collector meaning "he assumes to do the farming business and agrees to cultivate the land himself".
  • If a landowner wants to donate to a person who does not own any land. But he assumes to be a farmer himself. And wants to cultivate the land yourself. A certificate of that meaning is obtained from the Mamlatdar.
  • A person who has done a recognized course of agriculture (Behavior of Agriculture) wants to start his own business and is committed to farming himself.
  • Receipt of Farmer Certificate is required to be used within one year: Work has to be started within a period of 1 year from the date of taking possession of the farm land for the reason that good permission has been obtained.

If the husband is not a farmer but the wife is a farmer's daughter: If the husband is not a farmer but the wife is a farmer's daughter, then the wife has to first get the farmer's certificate by entering her father's name as co-owner in her father's account. She can then buy the farm land herself and her heirs son, daughter (not husband) will be considered as inherited farmer and farm land can also be bought in their name.

After the person who is displaced due to Narmada scheme, whether he is a farmer or a non-farmer, it is considered as a resolution of the revenue department dated 18-06-21 - 150 MR. As per 18, Gujarat has to be considered as a farmer in the state.

Illegally acquired agricultural land may be confiscated: According to the above rules, if a person is illegally occupying the land by transferring the land, the Collector may take action to vacate the land as per the provisions of section 4.

This raises the question of whether the vaccine must be effective before it reaches the public.

Leaders around the world are now looking to scientists and experts in the field for vaccines. Saying that the vaccine will hit the market in early 2021. After that, taxes will also be eliminated. But it is important to understand that vaccines are just like any other product. It is not important that the product is available, but it is also important that it is just as effective.

What difference does it make how effective a vaccine is?

It makes a lot of difference. If there was no difference in effectiveness, Ghami would have been in the vaccine market by now. Russia's vaccine is not criticized. The effectiveness of a vaccine depends on how effective it is.
Different vaccines offer different levels of protection. That's what scientists call the effectiveness of vaccines. This is the only way to measure the effectiveness of a vaccine. This is only counteracted by the effectiveness trial.
If 100 healthy people are vaccinated and the effectiveness of the vaccine is 80%. So that means 80 out of 100 people will not get the corona virus. It also means that 20 people can be infected with the corona virus.
