Your low energy situations and unanticipated pangs and pains could be due to wrong resting postures at night. An expert addresses about stylish and worst positions while sleeping. 

 

Do you frequently wake up with neck pain or back pain in the morning? While there may be other underpinning conditions behind muscular pain, it could be due to a poor resting posture too. Posture isn't only important in your waking life, but also while you're asleep. One of the stylish resting positions that experts suggest is fetal position where you literally sleep like a baby( in the womb) with fraudulent legs coiled in. This position helps in reducing snoring and palliate lower back pain. Also, sleeping on your side, as your grandmother may also suggest, could actually be a good position. Especially if you have had a heavy mess in regale, sleeping on your left side could be helpful as it may help in digestion and help acidity and heartburn. still, one must be careful enough to not put pressure on shoulders and jaws. 


Dr Karthick Dhayalan, MBBS. MS( Ortho), Adviser, Orthopeadic Surgeon, Prasanth Hospital says cradling position where you bend your upper abdomen( casket) and bend your knees is the stylish resting position as it helps reduce the pressure on the reverse. 

 

Sleeping while lying on your stomach is the worst resting position as per experts and could lead to redundant strain on your muscles and joints. Sleeping in this position will make you feel veritably dull in the morning. 

 જમણાં પડખે ઉંઘવાથી માણસની બૌદ્ધિક ક્ષમતામાં વધારો થાય છે. જે વ્યક્તિ ઉંધા સુવાની ટેવવાળા વ્યક્તિઓને સૌથી વધારે ભય હોય છે. વ્યક્તિએ હંમેશા પડખાં બદલીને ઉંઘવું જોઈએ. વિશેષજ્ઞોનાં જણાવ્યાનુસાર ડાબી પડખે ઉંઘનાર વ્યક્તિનાં સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે ફાયદાકારક હોય છે. આવી રીતે સુવાંથી પેટ સંબંધી ઘણી બીમારીઓમાં રાહત રહે છે. તે સિવાય મગજ પણ સારી રીતે કામ કરે છે.


" Positions like freefall( lying down on your stomach) generally leads to low reverse and neck pain. We also need to avoid using a stiff pillow and try sleeping on the side. Dogface position or sleeping on flat reverse is inversely dangerous as it causes snoring, carotid roadway problems, sleep apnea, shallow breathing among others," says Dr Dhayalan.
