Google Opinion Rewards is a service provided by Google LLC, located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View California 94043, USA, and is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service (“Google ToS”).

Google Opinion Rewards is a “Service” as defined in the Google ToS, and these Google Opinion Rewards Terms of Service (“GOR App ToS”) are additional terms which apply to the use of Google Opinion Rewards.

If there is any conflict between the GOR Apps ToS and the Google Play Terms of Service and/or the Google ToS, the GOR App ToS shall prevail.

Your use of Google Opinion Rewards

You must have a valid Google account and be over 18 years old to use Google Opinion Rewards. You will receive notifications on the same device on which the Google Opinion Rewards app is installed when a survey is available. You can always opt out of taking individual surveys.

Information collected from you

Google may use your responses to surveys that you take through Google Opinion Rewards to send you more relevant surveys from researchers. Your responses to surveys may be temporarily connected to your Google Account. Unless otherwise stated, your responses are not used to target ads to you, except that certain demographic data, such as gender, age, language preference, and/or location you provide may be used to provide and improve Google products. You may review and edit such demographic data from within the Google Opinion Rewards app at any time. Such demographic profile information will be deleted when you terminate your Google account.

Your survey responses will not be shared with third parties except in aggregate form. A record of your participation in any surveys is kept to credit you.

Location

If you have enabled Google location services on your device, you may receive surveys relating to your location history. You may opt out of location-based surveys at any time by disabling Google location services on your device.

Rewards

Both the eligibility and value of rewards for taking surveys are based on Google’s accounting and at Google’s sole discretion. Any accrued rewards expire 1 year from the date of credit. Google reserves the right to withhold payment of any accrued rewards for any violation of our terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, as reasonably determined by Google.
